Online coaching training program


Online coaching training program by St Petersburg Coaching Institute provides development of metaskills: attentiveness, awareness, congruence of words and manifestations, witnessing positions, emotional management, proactiveness (reducing impact of automatic reactions)

It also offers development of a skill to establish high-quality contact with another person, hear and see the unspoken, help a person to hear themselves, their own quite voice of wisdom.

Finally, you will learn about the energy of change, develop an ability to go "beyond the edge" and guide other people, helping them explore new behavioural strategies.

Online coaching training program is an opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills of coaching application in your own business area working at a convenient pace, expand the tool kit used to efficiently interact with employees and partners, find solutions for your own business challenges.

The program is supported by a team of consultants, which allows you to "try on" different training approaches that together constitute our shared vision. All program leaders are practicing consultants, each with over 1,000 hours of individual work.

Basic course


You will have an opportunity to:
  • find out about the concept of non-directive approach and learn how to apply its key principles in your activities
  • develop the above mentioned metaskills and boost the quality of your own decisions and interactions with other people according to your goals
  • add coaching and tools of non-directive approach to the current business activities of participants (management and consulting)
  • move to a new level of personal and professional development
Program format: 
  • 12 blocks 2 hours each in webinar format (theory, demonstrations, exercises for individual work online) - once a month
  • Materials for each topic (are sent to each participant after each program block)
  • Tasks for self-guided work and paired work with your groupmates (buddying) 
  • Reports on self-guided work results
  • Support in the Facebook group: answering questions, discussion of coaching practices

Advanced course


You will have an opportunity to:
  • find out about the concept of non-directive approach and learn how to apply its key principles in your activities
  • implement coaching instruments into your own life and business activities, use them to extend business potential...
  • ensure growth dynamics in your activities related to your personal performance
  • learn how to organise search for best solutions in a team, involve into the process, allocate responsibility
  • learn how to withdraw query in negotiations by feeling and accurately understanding your partners' needs

The whole basic course

Extras:
  • 12 additional online group session 2 hours each for deeper study of the basic course topics (Standard) and extra practice that helps master theoretical material of the course
  • 12 individual online coaching sessions 50 minutes each that give you an opportunity to work with your own planning tasks and implement the acquired knowledge and methods into your activities, with coach-client role reversals (coaching practice) and expert feedback. 
  • 4 group supervisions (one for three modules) 2.5 hours each: case discussions to improve your skills 

The program is supported by a team of consultants, which allows you to "try on" different training approaches that together constitute our shared vision.

Module 3. Basic skills of a coach.
  • Both in theory and in practice learn how to listen efficiently in the coaching approach 
  • Practice in making up clarifying and extending questions 
  • Learn to note "key words" in your partner's speech and use them in "right" questions 
Module 4. Position of a coach.
  • Learn why you need to be aware of your "personal boundaries" and interact efficiently with the boundaries of other people

  • Learn about the inner limitations that a person often faces when moving towards a certain goal by working with your own goals and tasks

  • Learn the systemic approach techniques when analysing current resources 
  • Find out how to rely on your explicit and implicit resources when working with your own goals and tasks 
  • Learn the "Golden Shadow" technology to activate person's internal resources 
Module 9. Opportunities. Creation/creativity
  • Find out about the stages of creative process through practical work 
  • Learn what factors influence the creativity in different situations

  • Learn how to establish a contact with your intuition, find out about projective methods that help to make the best decision in a certain situation 
  • Discover Tony Robbins' express algorithm for fast decision making 
  • Learn how to reach the perfect balance of challenge and mastery in order to create an energising action plan 
Module 11. Working with client as a holistic process. Forming experiments and practices
  • The key principles of client support at the stage of realisation of a decision or an action plan 
  • How to form different practices and empirical experience for the clients to learn new behavioural patterns, action strategies, practices and exercises 
  • How to help the client to start action within the next 72 hours 
  • Common factors of change in life that underlie long-term partnership with the client 
Module 12. Final professional supervision - practice
  • Observe verbal and non-verbal reactions of the client 
  • Observe the consultation dynamics (client motivation dynamics, emotional curve) and implications of this dynamics 
  • Analyse how the consultant controls the quality of communication and the working results (quality of listening, reflecting, consultant's questions). 
  • You will have an opportunity to provide your feedback to the consultant, get the expert comments for the coaching session and ask any questions you may have to the client, the consultant and the professional supervisor.
