Online coaching training program by St Petersburg Coaching Institute provides
development of metaskills: attentiveness, awareness, congruence of words and manifestations, witnessing positions, emotional management, proactiveness (reducing impact of automatic reactions)
It also offers
development of a skill to establish high-quality contact with another person, hear and see the unspoken, help a person to hear themselves, their own quite voice of wisdom.
Finally, you will learn about the energy of change, develop an ability
to go "beyond the edge" and guide other people, helping them explore new behavioural strategies.
Online coaching training program is an opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills of coaching application in your own business area working at a convenient pace, expand the tool kit used to efficiently interact with employees and partners, find solutions for your own business challenges.
The program is supported by a team of consultants, which allows you to "try on" different training approaches that together constitute our shared vision. All program leaders are practicing consultants, each with over 1,000 hours of individual work.
Basic course
You will have an opportunity to:
- find out about the concept of non-directive approach and learn how to apply its key principles in your activities
- develop the above mentioned metaskills and boost the quality of your own decisions and interactions with other people according to your goals
- add coaching and tools of non-directive approach to the current business activities of participants (management and consulting)
- move to a new level of personal and professional development
Program format:
- 12 blocks 2 hours each in webinar format (theory, demonstrations, exercises for individual work online) - once a month
- Materials for each topic (are sent to each participant after each program block)
- Tasks for self-guided work and paired work with your groupmates (buddying)
- Reports on self-guided work results
- Support in the Facebook group: answering questions, discussion of coaching practices
Advanced course
You will have an opportunity to:
- find out about the concept of non-directive approach and learn how to apply its key principles in your activities
- implement coaching instruments into your own life and business activities, use them to extend business potential...
- ensure growth dynamics in your activities related to your personal performance
- learn how to organise search for best solutions in a team, involve into the process, allocate responsibility
- learn how to withdraw query in negotiations by feeling and accurately understanding your partners' needs

Extras:
- 12 additional online group session 2 hours each for deeper study of the basic course topics (Standard) and extra practice that helps master theoretical material of the course
- 12 individual online coaching sessions 50 minutes each that give you an opportunity to work with your own planning tasks and implement the acquired knowledge and methods into your activities, with coach-client role reversals (coaching practice) and expert feedback.
- 4 group supervisions (one for three modules) 2.5 hours each: case discussions to improve your skills
