6 module educational program
Practical mastery of the art of coaching (tools, techniques, methods, outlook) and its implementation into professional practice for the most effective solutions of your business problems and development of employees.
The new economy calls for rethinking of the role of an individual and implementation of new approaches to working with people. Today people are no longer a “resource” for business. We do not do business hiring people. We hire people who do business.
What does it mean for a manager?
This means searching for Excellence: an ongoing investigation of your strengths and perfection of your talents.
What does this mean for the company?
One of the key factors in the success of any project is the ability of a leader to collect a strong team, to fill it with a desire to move towards a common goal, to help it develop its creativity and make it a reality.
