Format
For the period of 8 months participants are involved into an intensive program of development of leadership potential and coaching skills. It includes 128 hours of group work (8 modules 16 hours each) and 8 hours of individual coaching with each participant, professional supervisions.
Basic principles
- Influence of participants over the content and process of training. Taking into consideration participants’ interests we jointly adjust the training program and choose optimal formats.
- Training through practice. Program participants learn through their own experience, living and testing new approaches and tools in actual practice.
- Generating a system perception of the training program common to all participants.

- 90% of practical work, 10% of theory.
- A single integrated system of tools for development of people and organizations, based on the unique experience of a team of trainers and prepared for easy learning and application in actual practice.
- A team of trainers with different styles of training and different specializations, which allows improving understanding of the work of a coach consultant and a trainer.
- The program is aimed at achieving your professional goals, which are formulated in the interview process before the start of the training and during the first modules of the program.
- Direct perfection of counseling skills from the first modules of the program.
- “Buddying” (interaction of participants with one other in order to support and intensify changes, as well as for improving the acquired skills).
- Unique experience of trainers in real projects with companies such as Bank Societe Generale Vostok Bank, Uralsib, Mirax Group; Vienna Brewery Holding (BBH); Wimm Bill Dann, Surgutneftegaz, Ernst & Young, TGC-1 and others.
- All proposed key conceptions, tools and methods are collected in a personal participant’s book that can later be used for self-guided work.
