Two-year educational program

Integral Coaching and Related Technologies of Development of People and Companies

24 months / 600 hours

Program Goal

Preparing specialists able to provide help to both individuals, on the one hand, and teams and companies, on the other hand, in meeting challenges related to development, as well as able to create and build up unique, self-developing communities, teams and organizations.

24 months – for those who successfully passed their exams and upheld their thesis a diploma of professional retraining.

Modern life and business call for specialists of a specific kind that is not listed on the Russian register of specialties. These are leaders by definition, these are executive directors’ partners, these are people who directly affect a company ideology and are able to consolidate people round this ideology.

These people are essential for organizations that plan to live a long and successful life, developing and leading the way.

These people also act as “external” consultants in order to help a person/team identify unconscious but undermining aspects, to get the broad picture with all its connections and interconnections and, having improved the current situation, to ensure a smooth transition to a new level.

Integral coaching and related technologies are the best option in addressing this challenge.

Integral coaches think not only strategically but also holistically, broad and deep, perceiving a company as one organism functioning at different levels and consisting of interdependent elements. Their goal is to assist this organism and people, as its basic element, to develop at a certain speed and proportionally, to ensure company life is filled with an inspiring meaning, to assemble in it people who collectively create the necessary synergetic effects, to make operations both profitable and enjoyable, and to make the results satisfying. In fact, these specialists participate in shaping the philosophy and the resulting way of life, behavioral strategies, and methods of construction of systems and communities.

You have no doubt encountered such people, they may hold various positions a development director, HR manager or something similar but none of these titles reveal the nature of their impact, as it does not depend on the position, it depends on the person and their personal qualities and skills. They may also be in insignificant posts, but be informally positive opinion shapers, the life of the party, people whose presence magically transforms the atmosphere and makes it favorable for life and work.

Where did they learn this? They may have different backgrounds, but it is more likely that being this influential is in their nature. Not through formal power but through their personal potential.

What do they have in common what qualities?

  • Energy what is usually termed as Internal Strength.
  • Reliance on values, courage to follow ones own inner truth, what they call the Backbone.
  • Intuition and a high sensitivity to both people and things happening to them and to whole systems, tendencies; they are idea catchers.
  • Ability to enunciate inspiring goals, encourage and support others.
  • Wisdom in decision making.
  • Flexibility and mobility, an ability to learn as the situation progresses.
  • Sociability, ability to hear and see the other party and find common ground with them.
  • Zest and love for life they do what they really like, and their passion gets others involved.
  • Systemic thinking, an ability to see diversity and multiplicity, to collect and generalize, create systems.
  • Awareness.
This list could of course be continued, but these are the qualities that we believe to be essential and fundamental.

We suggest that you manifest these qualities in yourselves through participation in our program. Awaken what is still sleeping within you, develop what is already manifested, strengthen what is already blossoming, and most importantly, form a skill to consciously and integrally manage your own development and the development of people, teams and companies, using both state-of-the-art and age-old techniques.

Program Goals
  • To investigate, create and realize opportunities for unlocking leadership potential and formation of a happy leader, who realizes the talents through actions activities and helps others unlock their potential as well.
  • To form and develop the metaskills necessary for effective communication, and the management of ones own life and people.
  • To encourage every program graduate to voluntarily master state-of-the-art technologies on a professional level that allow for the realization of their potential in the development of people, teams and organizations.
  • Integral coaching.
  • Technologies of managing group creative work.
  • Technologies of personal growth.
  • Technologies for searching for new, unique ideas and solutions.
  • Integral development of an organization.
  • To provide manifold possibilities to fill life with the meaning, pleasure and joy of creation.
Ideas forming the basis of training at Coach Institute:
  • Great leaders in the history of mankind relied on universal human values and inspired others with their own example.
  • Being a leader first of all presupposes being a happy person.
  • - Martin Seligman: Happiness is comprised of three things: pleasure, flow and meaning.
  • Leadership potential can be developed, but every person has their own focuses of attention and methods.
  • Successful mastery of various technologies aimed at unlocking creative potential of people and teams is possible on the basis of certain established values and beliefs, and metaskills that are founded on them.
  • Adults learn new things and change through conscious experience.
  • Partnership relations between adults presuppose equal activity and responsibility of parties for the results, in this context results of education.
We rely upon the concept of an integral approach to development of systems (including people), which means that participants focus on a full-scale, all-round development and use of a wide range of technologies in the training process.
