In October, the Coaching Institute conducted a Strategic Session on Partners’ Ecosystem Business Development for AGC.
Goal: Improve the performance of partner companies in cooperation with AGC in 2014.
Solution: The session has developed a joint business development strategy for the company and its partners in 2014. Practical recommendations on improving the company’s service in 2014 were received from partners. The company’s partners shared best practices in business development. It was agreed to collaborate in the implementation of recommendations in practice in 2014.
