In November, the Coaching Institute conducted a corporate workshop “Happiness in Sales” for Amplua Company.
Moderators: Yulia Tertyshnaya and
Irina Smirnova, Consultants of the Coaching Institute.
Goal: Improve the salespersons’ performance (increase sales, company profits and personal earnings) by changing their attitudes.
Solution: A one-day group training session.
The first part of the training outlined the main stereotypes about the sales profession and removed most of the barriers and limitations to work.
In the second part, the moderators and the customer’s team jointly developed a game and integrated it into the business process. The game is aimed at achieving a business result, while being enjoyed by all employees of the company.
