"It was the first team development session for the Bank’s management. The event was attended by 60 top managers and department heads from the Headquarters and regional network. The session assessed the current situation in the management team and identified the key areas of development.
The most valuable thing is that solution options and action plans were proposed and developed by session participants.
A number of issues set a direction in defining the concept of efficiency, such as optimization of the basic processes, building intra-bank communications and a decision-making technology, real indicators to assess the performance of departments (KPIs), interactions and interests of business verticals, and the HR policy.
