Goal: Prepare the management team for effective collaboration to achieve both short-term and long-term goals and objectives.

Session objectives:
  • Develop a common understanding in the team regarding the Bank’s goals and objectives in 2014
  • Develop an understanding of the role of each team member with respect to the goals and objectives in 2014
  • Ensure that the management team is involved and committed to the vision of both long-term and short-term goals of the company
  • Permeate the team collaborations with the organizational values
  • Understand the criteria of effective team collaboration 
  • Introduce participants to the Matrix Leadership approach to team collaborations and teach them to use the main principles of the method in their current practices
  • Increase focus on personal influence on the team and performance
  • Increase focus on the quality of team collaborations 
  • Rally the team, build the sense of community and common “we”, take a good step towards establishing a supportive corporate culture
Outcomes

Outputs:
  • Every participant has received positive and developing feedback
  • Leaders selected for mini projects to implement the values in achieving the team’s strategic goals
  • The first steps defined in each of the directions (implementation of values) 
  • Team work methods (Matrix Leadership) and a technique to address working issues in a systematic way (Integral Map)
For the team:
  • A common understanding of the goals and values 
  • Team members got insights into their roles and participation in the overall working process of the division
  • An atmosphere of trust and respect among the participants
