Date: April - May 2014
Moderator: Yulia Tertyshnaya
Goal: Refocus the company’s management system on a coaching-based management style.
What is special about this program is that participants had no tools to directly influence the performance of their partners. Moreover, they had to develop true, sustainable motivation to achieve the desired sales targets among department heads of partner companies. Coaching was the right choice to help them solve these problems.
Solution: An interactive session with elements of workshop (2 days, 8 hours each)
This project featured post training support in the form of:
- individual coaching for each participant to better integrate new knowledge and skills in practice;
- individual and group professional supervisions to analyze the learned experience of coaching, share experiences with peers, and get answers to complex case studies; and
- brief meetings to refine what did not work in the training sessions and add new professional focus areas to the existing coaching practices.
Testimonial:
Margarita Erofeeva, Training Manager, Abbott Nutrition:
“Thank you for offering an integrated approach to training, including diligence in processing our request during the program preparation, high quality of the program execution, and most importantly, the support we received from Yulia after the training was over. For me, the post-training sessions were important for practicing new skills and helped me become more confident and willing to use these skills in practice. The sessions also were an occasion to look at urgent business tasks from a different perspective and find a new solution for their implementation.”
