Some projects carried out over the last two years:
  • 6 sessions with a financial director of a major IT-company. Result achieved: resolution of a continuous conflict between the financial department and other company departments;
  • 10-month program of coaching training for development managers from Cardiff insurance company representing 10 regions of Russia. Result achieved: division of responsibilities between partners, facilitation of managers’ work processes due to appropriate resource allocation and focusing on relevant objectives;
  • Teaching counseling metaskills for further application in top management development to employees of the HR department of a major international bank;
  • Teaching coaching skills for implementation in a coaching culture holding to vice-presidents of a major advetising company individually and to about 40 general directors and key executives in groups;
  • Teaching management as a coaching style to the chairman of the management board from a Westerm bank. Result achieved: more extensive set of management skills, ability to develop employees through enhancing their independence and involvement;
  • Individual coaching with a group of top managers (bord-1) from a Western bank. Result achieved: change of communication culture in the bank, solutions to a number of own business tasks, enhancement of personal efficiency.
