Some projects carried out over the last two years:
A 2015 strategy development project for Delta Credit Bank. The project included a 5-day visiting session with top managers in the Netherlands and two strategic sessions with key bank executives for 85 and 45 participants.
Coaching of a management team from the NEO Centre company and working out of development and company restructuring strategy in cooperation with Alexander Savkin. Result achieved: new company development strategy, new company structure, all changes implemented into day-to-day practices.
A strategic session for a B2B sales department of Beeline company. Result achieved: participants learnt main principles of sales strategy development and worked through the company sales strategy for 2011–2012.
“Trusted advisor” program for teaching private bankers from the Uralsib bank the principles and approaches of VIP client service. Result achieved: considerable improvement in department performance. The department head noticed that during two weeks they managed to attract EUR 20 mln.
The “Happiness in action: energy sources for peak performance” program. In 2008–2014, the program was carried out over 200 times in an open and corporate formats with over 5,000 managers having gone through it.
