Individual coaching

The main task to be achieved in the course of individual coaching is the demonstration and unlocking of the client’s potential, to help them structure their thoughts and to formulate goals and wishes, as well as to make a list of specific actions to achieve the goals set. Individual coaching enables the achievement of personal changes and encourages a transition to a new stage of development.

Team coaching

The main goal of team coaching is the working out the best possible solutions and the creation of new practical agreements on the issues most topical for a company at the current time. Coaching is indispensable when traditional ways of organizational behavior do not guarantee the achievement of goals and / or sufficient mobility and flexibility of a company in new conditions, when the team needs a transformation, coherent and unidirectional changes of key modes of thinking and actions of top managers.

Organizational development sessions

The session goal is to solve strategic and / or tactical issues of development with consideration being given to the greatest possible extent of diversity of opinion and the use of this diversity to achieve a synergistic effect. In the course of a session, a team attains what cannot be created individually or in a microgroup through working with collective rationality, and achieves the degree of involvement of participants, required for high quality implementation of solutions found.

Coaching as a management style

Six-module educational program. Objective of the program: Practical mastery of the coaching technology as a non-directive method of management and development of people. For the period of 6 months participants are involved into an intensive program of mastering coaching skills. It includes 96 hours of group work: 6 modules 16 hours each and 6 hours of individual coaching with each participant.
